Check the item before wearing it outdoors.
Applicable terms
The seller’s current policy, your order date, item condition, reason for return and applicable law determine the final process. Initial inspection
Confirm size, colour and quantity on arrival. Inspect footwear on a clean indoor surface and retain the box, labels, inserts and included items. When something is wrong, take clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, complete product and affected detail before cleaning, repairing or wearing it outdoors.
Starting a return
Use the seller’s official order page or support channel, provide the order reference and follow the issued instructions. Do not send an item to an address obtained outside the official process. Pack it securely, use the required service and keep proof of shipment and tracking until receipt is confirmed.
Inspection and refund
The seller may check completeness, cleanliness, wear and packaging after receipt. Refund timing and amount depend on the amount actually paid, the applied discount, the payment method and verified conditions. Bank processing may add time. Keep messages and receipts until the credit appears, and raise any discrepancy through the original case.
